Terms of Membership

  1. The lead person for your organisation must have attended our 2-day Gift Aid Essentials workshops so that we know there is a sufficient level of basic existing Gift Aid knowledge.

  2. If the lead person leaves the organisation (or the person who attended the Essentials workshops has now left ) and there is nobody within the organisation who has attended the Gift Aid Essentials workshop training, we will allow the organisation to continue the annual membership until renewal, but TCKH/GiftEase reserves the right that as part of our support webinars we will not include basic Gift Aid issues that have been covered during the Essentials workshops.

  3. Once the lead person leaves the organisation, the organisation must ensure that a member of the team attends an Essentials workshop as soon as possible and at the latest before any membership is due for renewal.

  4. By signing up to be a Gift Aid Support Lead Member you are agreeing for the team at TCKH and GiftEase to contact you as part of the membership including bi-monthly newsletters, invites to webinar and customer service calls as part of the package of benefits. We will not share your details with any other organisations.

  5. If for any unforeseen reasons the Gift Aid Support Membership scheme ceases to exist or can no longer offer the services advertised, then the organisation will be refunded on a pro rata basis for any whole months remaining on their annual membership.
