In 2018, leading South West women’s charity, Trevi, had reached a difficult time: occupancy for its residential rehabilitation services was low and fundraising income was sporadic.  At a time when other recovery charities were folding, the future of Trevi was being questioned... Roll forward 4 years, following the implementation of a fresh fundraising and communications strategy, the charity’s income has grown by 340%, service provision from 1 centre to 3 and beneficiaries supported from 80 to 700+ per annum.  In 2022, the fundraising target was smashed by 600%.
