GIFT AID TEAM MASTERCLASS
For more than 10 years, The Charity Knowledge Hub has worked alongside Gift Aid specialist Phil Robson of GiftEase to deliver high-quality Gift Aid training to hundreds of charity professionals across the UK. Together, we've helped charities build confidence, improve compliance and maximise their Gift Aid claims.
Earlier this year, Phil announced that she would be stepping back from delivering public Gift Aid workshops as she begins a planned move into semi-retirement. At the time, we expected that our public delegate workshop scheduled for November would be the final opportunity to train with Phil.
Since then, we've reflected on how best to make use of the limited amount of training time that Phil plans to continue delivering. Rather than offering occasional public delegate workshops, we've taken the opportunity to rethink our approach and focus entirely on tailored Gift Aid Team Masterclasses, providing greater value for charities while making the best use of Phil's expertise and limited availability.
We're therefore delighted to announce the launch of our new Gift Aid Team Masterclasses. These tailored workshops enable Phil to focus her expertise where it has the greatest impact, working directly with individual charities and their teams.
Over the years, we've seen that while delegate workshops provide valuable learning, sending just one person on a course isn't always the most effective way to develop knowledge across an organisation. They return inspired and well informed, but then face the challenge of sharing what they've learned with colleagues and applying it consistently across different roles.
By training your team together, everyone receives the same expert guidance, has the opportunity to ask questions relevant to their own role and develops a shared understanding of Gift Aid. The result is greater confidence, improved consistency and practical knowledge that can be applied immediately across your organisation.

What is a Gift Aid Team Masterclass?
Every charity is different, so every Gift Aid Team Masterclass is different too.
Instead of attending a fixed programme designed for every organisation, you'll work with Phil to create a training day that is built around your charity, your fundraising activities and your priorities.
Every programme begins with The Rule Makers Foundation Workshop before moving on to the specialist sessions most relevant to your organisation. Before the workshop, we'll hold a short scoping call to understand your charity, discuss your objectives and tailor the day around your team.
